All sales are final no cancellations and no refunds or exchanges unless it's our company mistake. If incorrect item is sent to you. You may contact customer service or email us at email@example.com to request for exchange. Please send us your Name, Product, Date of purchase and reason for exchange with proof.

To complete your exchange if request is approved, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to also be emailed with request.

Any item that is not documented within 3 hours of delivery will be refused for an exchange.
