Shipping

On Vacation from February 3rd after Business Hours until February 17th. All customer service contact during this time will be ignored and any orders placed will be forced to wait until after vacation is over for shipping.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed (Orders placed Friday-Sunday do not start processing until Monday)
  • Orders placed with Sezzle Payment may be subject to an additional 2-4 business day processing delay.
  • Wig orders are also subject to extended processing times to be created prior to shipping. (Buy Now Pay Later Payment on Wigs will have a processing wait before processing to be made)

Shipping:

  • Priority Mail Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (costs $26+). This option is not available for all products.
  • Priority Mail Shipping: 2-5 business days (Costs $7+ or Free Shipping)
  • If your order is over $200 the free shipping option is the same as the Priority Mail shipping option. Choosing to pay instead of selecting the free option will not expedite your order and you will not be refunded the shipping fee. 
  • Priority Mail will give you an estimate of 1 - 3 business days depending on your location but that estimate is solely a USPS estimate that they provide for once your order ships, this is not a company guarantee so that shipping option would still follow the guidelines above. Only Priority Mail Express can provide a guaranteed estimate. 

Tracking:

  • Tracking information is automatically updated once hair ships. After 3 business days contact us about tracking information (during business hours)
  • Monitor tracking information updates so you know when your expected delivery date is to ensure someone is present at your residence during time of delivery. Someone must sign for package and USPS carrier will not leave your package without someone signing for it. Please understand that once a package ships we’re no longer in control of order and if any issues arise you must pursue with the post office.
